I’m A Realtor Seeking Help More People in 2022

Hello 

My name is Jessica Perla with Coldwell Banker, and I work in real estate in San Francisco. I earn my living helping people buy and sell residential real estate.

I know many of you are considering making a move in 2022, or you may know friends, family, or neighbors who are. That’s where I’d like to come in. 

I am the realtor for you, for them, for everyone. I’m a straightforward, knowledgeable professional who’s been a Realtor since 2015. I moved here from Florida in 2017 to become your realtor. I’ve worked in real estate since 2010, during the housing crash as an assistant, and worked hard to obtain my broker’s license in two different states.

I have a strong work ethic, am obsessed with providing excellent service, and am always available to talk, email or text when my clients have questions or concerns.

I am looking to kick off 2022 by making myself useful to buyers and sellers. As someone who is more typically a buyer’s agent, who specializes in first-time buyers, I am expanding my business to include helping people sell those homes.
